·         Designed the first implemented program in the country (Team Pueblo) to use the sport of mixed martial arts as a platform for philanthropy which would also become the pedestal behind Colorado’s biggest show tens of thousands of dollars raised for charity and countless man hours in the service of our local communities.

·         Secretary of the Board for Bully Management inc. which works to use athletes as a conduit to speak out against bullying and its negative social effects in schools.
